Mr. Bathras is an Associate at Brady, Fischel & Daily. He represents corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of civil litigation including commercial litigation, real estate disputes, premises liability, contract disputes, and medical malpractice defense.

Prior to entering private practice, Bronson served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Cathleen M. Vitale, Associate Judge in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. While in law school, he served as a Judicial Intern for Judge Vitale, a Summer Associate with a complex civil litigation firm in New York City, and a Research Assistant in the areas of federal income tax and employee benefits.

Bronson earned his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., where he served as a Staff Editor and Associate Editor for the school’s flagship journal, Catholic University Law Review. Bronson was an avid member of Catholic University’s moot court team, both on the competing team and Executive Board. Prior to law school, Bronson earned his Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and History from the University of Vermont.
