Mr. Daily is a founding partner of the firm, and a former Principal at Miles & Stockbridge PC in Baltimore, where he was a member of the firm’s Product Liability Practice Group. Mr. Daily is a trial, appellate and regulatory lawyer who represents businesses and individuals in a variety of medical malpractice, commercial, employment, premises liability and product liability matters.

Mr. Daily practices in state and federal courts, focusing on the representation of doctors and hospitals. He has represented a variety of hospitals and physicians throughout the State of Maryland in alleged complex medical malpractice litigation, including many cases involving catastrophic injury.

Mr. Daily also represents manufacturers in product liability cases, particularly those involving fires, burns and power tools. He has also represented clients before the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, as well as the Federal Communications Commission and assisted clients in the area of product safety and risk management.

Mr. Daily has served as Maryland trial counsel for a number of national retailers, representing these clients in both state and federal courts, litigating matters of alleged premises liability, police misconduct, and general negligence.

Additionally, Mr. Daily has represented employers in a variety of employment litigation, as well as consulted employers regarding relevant obligations in compliance, termination, benefits, as well as statutory and regulatory accommodation.

Mr. Daily is a 2006 summa cum laude graduate of the American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where he was a Deans Fellow. He received his undergraduate degree with Honors in 1998 from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland.
