Mr. Brady is a founding principal of Brady, Fischel & Daily, L.L.C., and former Principal of Miles & Stockbridge P.C. of Baltimore. An experienced trial lawyer of more than thirty years, Mr. Brady appears regularly before the trial courts of Maryland on behalf of a wide variety of corporate and individual clients in a diversified litigation practice that includes both civil and criminal matters. Mr. Brady has appeared as counsel on behalf of defendants and plaintiffs in a variety of civil matters including wrongful death, personal injury, professional negligence, breach of contract, civil rights violations, product liability, premises liability, mechanics’ liens, business disputes and construction litigation. Mr. Brady also handles large loss and complex litigation on behalf of several of the Nation’s largest insurance carriers.
A former military prosecutor and defense counsel, Mr. Brady is an experienced trial advocate providing counsel to service members of all branches of the armed forces.
Mr. Brady was born and raised in Annapolis and graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1985 and the University of Delaware in 1989 before earning his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law in 1992. He resides in Annapolis with his wife and children.
