Mr. Fischel a founding partner of the firm. John is a trial lawyer whose civil trial practice runs the gamut from complex commercial civil litigation to personal injury lawsuits with catastrophic injuries. Mr. Fischel’s practice regularly includes real estate disputes, professional negligence, premises liability, insurance litigation and products liability. Mr. Fischel represents a diverse spectrum of clients including large publicly traded companies, small businesses, and individuals. John has successfully represented these clients in both State and Federal Court and has extensive first chair experience in both jury and non-jury trials. John has also has active motions and appellate practice.
Prior to the formation of Brady Fischel & Daily, LLC, Mr. Fischel was a Principal at Miles & Stockbridge, P.C. in Baltimore, Maryland. John joined Miles & Stockbridge after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was managing editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
